Zero Motorcycles 2020 SR/F

Hello,

I was shocked there was not already a thread about this motorcycle.

https://www.zeromotorcycles.com/zero-srf/

I think it is the best looking Zero to date.

The range of course could be more... I would be happy with about 200 miles of combined range, as I usually do not want to ride more than 2 hours at a time and to have some cushion/extra.

This is interesting. I have an 84 mile round trip commute every day, a little closer to the limit than I'd like, but maybe if I had a solar panel to charge it while I'm at work?

Yeah I saw that. I had no clue what new motorcycles went for so I looked. 10k will get you a dandy of a nice honda, Suzuki, etc. So this electric one is a big nope.

Much cheaper than the Harley Davidson electric motorcycle...

I am hoping that Honda, Suzuki, Yamaha, and Kawasaki will come out with a more affordable electric motorcycle in a few years.

I don't know what exactly harley was thinking there. Even their new kiddies bike is expensive electric

However since they have been playing with this for a couple of years I would have thought the bike was done better.

I might be interested in a Zero if they supported their battery pack. When I research out of warranty Zeros I find threads about people having to cobble together a replacement pack from used Leaf cells.

The Zero S 14.4 is close. The range is fine (120 miles combined) but it should have a Level 2 charger standard for the $14K MSRP.

Reverse tricycle is best. Arcimoto $17.5K.
