Hi Gary, yes, I still have the Citicar. It's sitting over at a friend's house right now, waiting for us to do a brake job on it.
That's another reason. I have TOO MANY electric cars!
The Citicar is neat though, it has some history, and is extremely compact, so its very easy to garage and store.
