here are a few images from the warm weather:
*roughing in the hood blister extensions (built on the truck over waxed tape)
the hoe is used to make sure the cardboard doesn't move while the resin is going off (very high-tech!)
*Bondo on the first piece,while I begin the other side
*A detailed look at the roughed-in extractor duct (you can see hood-mounted soffet vent down below)
*With one coat of Krylon gloss enamel from WalMart
*I went ahead and shot the fake windshield with gloss black,thinking it will help the smoke-flow contrast at DARKO.
