Testing Pulstar spark plugs this tank and for the next 120 days to see if there is any improvement. after that time I will put in fresh Vpower plugs as a test for 120 days. The temperature will be a huge factor in all this since it's almost spring, but I will repeat the test with the pulstar plugs in the summer as well |

Second full tank using the Block Heater. Had to take one trip without heating the block before I left and it was a short trip unfortunately. But numbers are still staying up there despite the 11°F average temp for the duration of the tank. EDIT: I see that the average temps from the last tank were 11°F warmer, and I only lost ~1mpg...the adage seems to ring true...for every ten degrees F drop, you lose 1mpg. Gearing up for some Pulstar plug testing, as well as Vortex generator testing. |

I had a Car Club cruise on this tank which means about 50 miles of hard driving. It was fun and well worth it. There is also construction this year on my route to work which drops my FE a bit as compared to my 96% Highway driving over the summer. In addition, my car is now consuming more oil...which will foul the O2 sensor faster and give me less MPG overall. I need to see if I can finish rebuilding the spare motor this winter and get it in the car this spring. |

Exhaust consists of a 4-2-1 header, Catalytic converter, two Cherry Bomb 29" resonators and an oval Cherry Bomb Turbo muffler. The OD diameter is all 2" the entire length from header back. It is maybe only 1 decibel louder than stock, but I can tell the flow is much better. |

Pretty cold (low teens most days and some days in the upper 20's *F) and windy, always windy, ugh! On the bright side, gas has been super cheap! |

307 miles of this tank was part of my ~400 mile round trip to Worthington. WAI installed 100 miles before the end of the tank. It was raining the last two days and winds were mild. |

This tank involved roughly 100 miles of 300 miles freeway trip to Worthington. Average speed was 58 mph while top speed was 65 with small spots of 40mph driving. There was only ~3 miles of engine on coasting this tank. The next tank if getting 62mpg so far on the return trip, but we'll see how much my daily commute will bring it down. |

Added grill block at 250 miles this tank, replaced spark plugs, switched to my winter wheels, also added tape to the edges of the windshield to reduce drag. Adjusted hood for a smaller gap on the leading edge.
Winds were relatively calm for the whole tank. Temps averaged ~39*F |
