About 50/50 split between city and highway driving. Whole tank had the K&N OEM filter installed along with the K&N Hard pipe from the stock intake box to the Throttle body. The slight stumble at steady speed on the highway has returned but a cleaning of the contacts on the distributor and rotor have helped to smooth it out again. The brass terminals had a small amount of oxidization growing on them. |

I had a Car Club cruise on this tank which means about 50 miles of hard driving. It was fun and well worth it. There is also construction this year on my route to work which drops my FE a bit as compared to my 96% Highway driving over the summer. In addition, my car is now consuming more oil...which will foul the O2 sensor faster and give me less MPG overall. I need to see if I can finish rebuilding the spare motor this winter and get it in the car this spring. |

First tank on the new exhaust. I had about 15 or so miles of WOT on it making the exhaust sing for friends and myself. It's out of my system now and should see better numbers next tank.
Exhaust consists of a 4-2-1 header, Catalytic converter, two Cherry Bomb 29" resonators and an oval Cherry Bomb Turbo muffler. The OD diameter is all 2" the entire length from header back. It is maybe only 1 decibel louder than stock, but I can tell the flow is much better. |
