Okay, I give up. Ran 10 miles on a run-flat spare, lots of speeding (actually driving the speed limit!) and a race up the hill, and I still did very well. I must be missing this engine's efficiency band somewhere, so obviously I need some instrumentation. Anyway, replaced the 46 psi Dunlops on the rear with 51 psi Continentals immediately before this fillup. |
