Stock SV with CHADEMO, Purchased used May 1 2018 with 35,000 miles with Mastercraft 215/50R17 MC-440 M+S Tires that apparently are NOT low rolling resistance.

Replace tires with Low Rolling Resistance ones.
For instance, I have some used Nokian WR G3 FRT 225/45 R17 91H tires to try.
I plan to go back to the "stock" Bridgestone Ecopia Plus EP422 P215/50R17 tires for summer tires when I have cash.
