Description: |
I have a '67 Mustang Convertible, built at the Milpitas factory and which lived its whole life in CA until we moved to East Texas. Ironically enough, although we didn't know it was built at the Milpitas factory when we bought it, we lived about three minutes from it. It's now a mall.
It is mostly restored to original. It has power steering, we installed power brakes. It also has the exterior decor package. The motor is a ,040" over 302, for 308ci total. She has a Carter 600cfm 4bbl on a Performer 289 intake, stock heads and cam, Pertronix Ignitor module and Flamethrower coil, 9,2:1 compression, Hedman Hedders, 2" exhaust sporting Cherry Bombs, rebuilt C4 trans, and styled steel wheels. Original paint was Lime Gold, but as cool a color as it is, it doesn't seem to show off well, and we repainted it in Ford's Dark Moss Green.
It has taken many show honors, and I am proud to show it now and then at local events, though it's now my daily driver. |
