Nice little car. Built very solidly. The only problems with it has been idiots running into it, and crackheads smashing the windows.
Current Mods:
lighter / smarter right foot.
Recent change from driving ~55 to ~10 miles/day has changed my average FE from ~34 to ~28 mpg (I really could use an EBH).
Planned Mods:
Block heater if I can find one that will work (BMW disapproves).
Taller final drive (currently 3.46, seeking 2.93 - 3.07). should be easy once I find a good deal.
6-speed OD transmission (expensive and hard to get to).
Better FE instrumentation.
