Description:	I love my old Polski I live over 2600 metters over the sea. Before modding, I got 15.6 MPG in city. Some of my friends that also have a 1.5L Carburetted car here (Bogota, Colombia) also have similar value. After modding (HHO Efficient Dry Cell) I'm getting 25MPG I love this!
