I did get the Scangauge to stay on with the car being turned off for downhill coasting. I havent had time yet to perform any modifications with working full time and going to school full time. But the last tank I had I got stuck in traffic in the snow which ate mileage and I got impatient and drove 75mph uphill until that point, but still averaging approximately 29.5mph!
