Carbike from Poland
Yesterday I saw this in the news and googled, but found almost nothing. Here's what I have:
A guy from Kalisz, Poland has been making enclosed recumbant 3-wheeled bikes for the last 30 years, and has been exporting them to Western Europe for the last 3 years.
Carbike - Interia.pl
Carbike - gallery
This is similar to the
"Infinite MPG" truck .

It looks like a very nice product. I'm sure Darin wants one.

Of course he wants one: It looks almost like a kayak, doesn't it?

That reminds me of another member's avatar on here... it's a velobike, I think?
Nice, regardless.
I want.

I met a guy riding one of
these around town. It has a higher top speed than a bicycle, and it's much more comfortable in poor weather.
I want one, but when you can get an Insight for almost the same price, it's not a high priority.

Velomobubble of course
Not really: Velomobile (US) or velomobiel (Europe)
Mine is the one photographed with a few hundred stickers here:

I am impressed to hear this was even attempted in Poland- looks pretty well finished! That is the country that made a recumbent trike out of an old chaise lounge!

That Clownfish velo looks sweet. Am I correct that the white stripes are reflective, or is that just an image issue?
