Yesterday I saw this in the news and googled, but found almost nothing. Here's what I have:
A guy from Kalisz, Poland has been making enclosed recumbant 3-wheeled bikes for the last 30 years, and has been exporting them to Western Europe for the last 3 years. Carbike - Interia.pl Carbike - gallery

I am impressed to hear this was even attempted in Poland- looks pretty well finished! That is the country that made a recumbent trike out of an old chaise lounge!

I have no idea! I was admiring that velo, and when I showed a friend- "AHA! There is Nemo!" Confused, I looked up 'Nemo' and the movie fish cartoon popped up and my jaw dropped. Talk about feeling stupid!
Those photos are velos from around the world so I just posted on someone else's collection like everyone else was and no one complained!
