Does 2005-07 Accord still work with empty battery?
Both my Insight and Civic feel "sluggish" below 2000 rpm when the battery is empty.

How does the 2005-07 Accord Hybrid react in the same situation?

You may want to try an Accord forum. Those are the upper end of the Honda vehicle line and not something many talk about modding here.
