FS: Carbon Fiber Hatch for 5th Gen Civic

Back when I was racing my RHD Civic I decided to buy a CF hatch for it to go along with my whole JDM theme. The car was stolen and stripped before I recieved the part. Therefore what I have is the rear tailgate for a 5th gen Civic, the reverse lights are shaved, as they are in Japan and this piece was shipped to me from Japan. I still have the original bill of laiding if the new owner wants it. I believe the hatch weighs less than 14lbs, which is a tremendous weight savings for anyone wanting this type of mod ...

I do have a picture of the hatch, I will upload it later once I get home.

I paid $499 plus shipping back when I bought it and it was never installed. $300 plus shipping is what I ask.

PM me with any specific questions or photos you need me to take ...

Thanks .. Ivan

If I recall from the packing slip the weight of the entire package, box, bubble wrap and part was 12.71lbs.

Didn't really care at the time, but if you are serious I'll weigh the part by itself if you'd like the info. It will have to wait until tonight when I get home though ..

The reason I asked for a picture was to see if it had holes for backup lights/tail lights, and if it had a place to mount a license plate. Not all aftermarket CF hatches have them because they are designed for off road use only.

luckily no inspections in FL
although it seems odd why they would fail you for such a thing
