Donut Media made a wind tunnel and models to demonstrate modifications

The guy said "This is extremely complicated and we're undoubtedly oversimplifying this. These models aren't scientifically accurate. What works on one car might hurt another."

I won't spoil who won. They both went low buck on the underbody. But they used Alumalite[sp?] instead of Coroplast.

What did you think about that?

I think the low car should have used coroplast.

I don't like Coroplast.

I've cut a 1/8" ABS blank for a splitter for the Metro, but now I think it should be PolyMetal/Alumapanel.

I am sure that polymetal is usually better, but the whole point of the low car is cheap modifications!

Didn't you decide that polymetal was subpar?

Basalt fiber. I am a self-rescuing princess.

Sometimes.

I was thinking about a stainless steel skin on basalt fiber just this morning. This is what got me started:

IMHO the Dominator 4 should be a Cybertruck with a bed-liner top coat. The aerodynamics would be better because the gable ridgeline runs the short way. It just needs the skirts.

How about a smol gas turbine on a cyclone air filter that points straight up and can draw a 1-2 Bar vacuum under the vehicle?

I'm a DMT machine elf.
