Fry's\Kroger does that here and I try to do all of my shopping there. Right now I have a thirty-cent discount waiting for me, but I try to not drive, so it is a few weeks between tanks. My parents do the same with Safeway, but they get their various medications there, so their gas is always discounted.

If my dad did not drive fifty thousand miles a year those deals would be great!
