Hybrid Electric Photovoltaic Vehicle

Is this the right forum subject a good place for discussing efficient electric vehicle designs ??

My current project uses integrated photovoltaics in a electric mini bike.

Dude, you've found a good place to talk about such things. We've got people making metros into electric cars, and folks sticking PV cells on the roof of their Escort station wagon! Ask questions, and you'll get an intelligent response, I'm certain!

I wanted to thank you for hinting that some of us are intelligent! Oil goes up and down ($80.34 this morning) and I wonder about my intelligence going up and down sometimes!
