My Favorite Designer

Well, one of my favorite designers... I'll bet many of you have heard of him -- Luigi Colani Every now and then, I'll do a random search for his works - and I typically find something new Like this Rotor House

So if you've never heard of the word Colani - perhaps you've seen this truck or something like it?

In the 1980's in the college library I would go through the I.D. magazines and stare at the Colani designs. In the UCLA bookstore they sold Colani designed pens that looked like this :

Pelikan No.1?????.........????-???????????????????????????????No.1???????


Now you make we want to dig through my junk to find it. I think I stopped using it when the clicker-onner broke.
