Vla500-01 problem

hello, rencently i buy a vla500-01 module for my igbt driving. according to the datasheet, i build the circuit. but when i test the driver board ,i cannt get the right driving waveform. can someone help me. i have some test waveforms, thanks in advance.

Sorry thismight be late but I would double check all connections and components and supply first.Other than that look up ohter posters who are better suited than me to give you advice.Good luck.
