I guess you're right, since trying to have your way with a police officer usually requires getting into the nuances of the wording of a certain law, and such nuances would be lost in translation. But stating the law in the native language and giving a rough interpretation in English would probably be the best way to go. (Can Ecomodder.com handle text in non-english languages, including language-specific letters, accents, etc.?)
I'll look into Polish law and see what I can find. And hopefully other Europeans (yes, I'm thinking about English, French, and few more
) will join in.
