No mention of year of engine... since it was "cheap", it's probably not brand new... mid '90's put out about 106 hp.

What does a stripped out Metro shell with a bike drivetrain weigh- 1000 lbs?

It should go pretty good. I'd imagine they have a tough time getting enough traction at times.

I'd also imagine FE to be pretty bad, with crazy rpms at highway speeds.
