Funny thing is that with my grill block my temp gets up to 90*C and above, but the fan has never turned on (I have this car since October 2008). But when I turn on the A/C, the fan comes on until the temperature drops to 80*C. I guess it's the electronics. Now that it's warm, and I haven't had time to get under the car and redo the block, I have turned on the A/C on 1-2 occasions in a traffic jam. I still haven't checked when my fan turns on without A/C. According to the Peugeot Klub Polska Forum, first speed is at 95*C and second speed at 105*C.
