the best choice i think would be things that fit or can be adapted to as much cars as possible. such as wheel covers, small aerodynamic side mirrors or solar engine heaters. maybe start there, and then slowly go to specific items for specific car models.
i have been thinking for some time about a little mechanic or electronic tool you would place on the dashboard, and that using gravity it would make an annoying sound or beep when the driver accelerates or brakes to fast. so you would drive more smoothly to avoid the sound. problems are letting it ignore bumps and up and downhills.
