25 miles each way, 30-35 minutes depending on traffic.

This thread has given me an idea regarding my fuel logs. My truck's overhead console will record vehicle on time (not sure if it's engine-on or ignition-on, my bet's on ignition) and I have been resetting it at every fill-up without logging the time. I'm starting to log the time which will compute a tank-average speed. I have already noticed that up to a point I get better mileage with a shorter run time. Much shorter than 9 hours appears to level out or decrease mileage as it would mean all-highway/high-speed driving. This tank was rather long...not many tanks come close to 11 hours let alone going past 11. I'm logging the run time and the calculated average speed in the fuel log comment section.
