I'm not sure of your terms here. Per that graph it seems to indicate you can go 220 miles at 60mph. 60mph is hardly "very low speeds".
at "low speeds", i.e. 25mph, you can go about 400 miles!!
you have to be going
105mph to get down to a 100 mile range.
Just based on that picture of course.
