Actually, I've seen a few without the overhead gauge. I like having it. You should be able to get better mileage without the extra 4x4 weight and stuff. And the ZJ only came from the factory with a 5 speed in 93, while a few 94s slipped through...

Does that Altima have an instant MPG instrumentation, or not? I was mad when I was told that they've never been in a ZJ WITHOUT an instant MPG indicator on the overhead console what's up with that? whoever bought the thing was friggen cheap, it didn't even have 4 wheel drive!!! but they bothered to get an auto tranny.... what kind of people were they!? buy a car if you want an auto tranny, not an SUV...


Have you inflated your tires to max yet? that actually seems to help.
