I don't know who makes a good diesel. you could maybe get an older midsized truck and do a diesel swap in there so you can make your own biodiesel.
Oh, and its not 15 cents, it's $.50-1.00 if you can get methanol from the right place for the separation process.
For that wierd thing that you buy for making it would out you about 100 bucks, but 50 cents a gallon would pay for it in a jiffy
