Too many people in general... Correction - too many people with a horribly balanced lifestyle. But that said, I'll say too few people/acre. If the grocery store were within walking or cycling distance - there would be no food/fuel competition
I hate the whole suburban concept anyway :/ You want me to drive way out where to do anything?!!?
