the main reason is: I wanna go completely off grid.. In normal petrol cars, alternators re-charge the single battery.. for my setup I will need multiple batteries and the mega mamoth DC motor (the load).. I am contemplating recharging with generators similar to the ones used in solar installations.. each generator for each block of 12V cells
