Given that the Phantom probably costs on the order of a magnitude more than the average SUV, I'd say you are in quite a different league from someone who would purchase one. Not that I wouldn't like to be in your financial position.
And given the design of the car, if the transmission were properly tuned, I would say it would get slightly better FE than a standard SUV anyway, given it's intended driver (that being a chauffeur with a very careful foot to give a smooth ride to the passengers).
