I have not been posting here long ether, but I look at it like a conversation.
start new threads if you have questions or want to share something, like you did.
post a reply to anything you want to comment on or question. Like I am doing.
"Post Quick Reply" or "Go Advanced" end up doing the same thing posting a reply.
quick is simple - type in the box at the bottom of the thread and click on Post Quick Reply - quick and easy.
Go Advanced brings up the editor that you used to start the thread. in Advanced you have options to change font and stuff.
