yes, wvo is waste veggie oil

i ran my old mercedes on 50% wvo with NO modification
300D = bulletproof + local weather (always 70F+) = win

but with more modifications to the car I could have run %100 wvo

its similiar to the satisfaction you get when you drive on electricity


Straight Vegetable Oil conversions (SVO) involve vehicle modifications and may cause engine damage if not used properly. Biodiesel is more expensive due to more processing, and involves harsh chemicals but can be used in any Diesel engine without any modifications. (Fuel lines must be switched to Viton or they will gradually deteriorate)


Some reasons I used WVO:
I didnt want to be around dangerous chemicals
I dont have a large area to process it
My climate is ideal (70F+)
