Hi, I am thinking about doing a manual trans swap into my 93 metro with an auto. I know that it is a bit of an ordeal, but I think it would be worth the benefits (hopefully
). I am unsure about drivetrain differences between years, though. I've been told it would be best to look for a parts car, so that's what I'm doing. I found a 96 metro w/ a 5 spd. that I thought about getting, but I wanted to check first to find out if that will work, of if I need a 94 or older.
Any info. would be greatly appreciated.
