Hello Everyone,

While I am not a huge activist in the field of hypermilling, I have however began to pick up the interest more of saving fuel cost for my daily commute as the ever increasing price of precious gasoline continues to make me consider the cause.

I have only done the very basics, raised the tire pressure by a good 5 lbs more than the factory setting. I keep the car fairly clean and waxed. All the dead weight has been removed from the trunk (you will not find Jimmy Hoffa). Maintenance is kept in check, regular oil change intervals utilizing synthetic oil. My driving style is conservative, but not enough to cause a stir in traffic patterns.

As I browse through the forums I hope to gain some more valuable insight to further gain additional MPG's and help any way I'm able.

Cheers!!
