That 49cc GoCars business in San Francisco prompted an identical business in Santa Cruz- Cruz Carz, a small 3-wheel rental with GPG radios, but these seem to use Scoot Cars with 100cc motors. Rentals seem to remain rentals to almost everyone. If I drive my City-el to the store, bank, drive-up mailbox, I get many unusual comments.
Reading back in this thread, the mentioned Green Machine TerraTrike is history for me- sold it. The E-Pod remains, the Gopher (Aspire), and the 'C-el'. I am really looking forward to this -
