Put some more pedal generators in front of each seat (and put fat chicks in the seats to spin the generators) and combine the power for higher speed. Still impractically low for actual driving but on level ground, a modified hybrid Escalade might actually be able to outpace a Prius modified in the same way while also getting infinite MPG.
Actually, an Infiniti SUV might be the best to modify. It would make a great pun.
