well so far nothing has given solid tangible results. That's a nice statement but uhh I haven't seen any new ideas for about a week now. People on the road get pissed my driving 5 under the speed limit. Honestly since nothings working, I'm working my house now and have so far reduced the e bill 10%. MY question to you is this, whats wrong here?
