Well, I've given up on building my own controller. Gone through too many IGBT's and too many little chips and mosfets. As far as I can tell, everything should work, and it does to an extent, but as soon as I apply a load, things fry. I'm finally admitting that it's over my head, and am ordering a controller so I can finally finish my project!
