Was thinking about EV/Diesel, actually.

EV for around town, Diesel for anyplace else. I figure a decent EV setup will get me about 20 miles of range, which is good enough to get me around town reliably... the diesel/5 speed end will get me anywhere else I need to go, for ~90cents per gallon or less.
