Axle nut should be M22-1.5... there is never anything but a 0 or 5 as the last number, that I know of. In fact, I think most Honda Smalls share the same axle nut.

5mm on each side won't hurt anything... it's only 1/4", which is within the realm of "engine slop". In fact, 1/4 inch deviation can be had under lateral load of the suspension... or by offsetting the mounts slightly while installing the engine.

Use harder mounts, put in a urethane bushing kit from Energy (only $130 or so). If you're going to use D-series rubber mounts in the car, I've got some 70D poly inserts for you, once I dig them out again, which will approximate solid mounts.
