The best looking one needs the headlights adjusted severely... problem is, when you see headlights that are seriously out of whack, you should start looking for accident damage elsewhere on the car. It's fairly easy to hide accident damage on these cars.

but I don't see that happening. BTW is it really all that bad if a car has been wrecked before (small wrecks)... My neon was wrecked after I was kid napped at gun point and the guy wrecked my car, after I fixed everything (like $800
) it does not seem to have any problems at all...
