Fill-up date

I made a blooper today: Today (Aug. 09) I entered a fill up for my car with tomorrow's date (Aug. 10). One of the reasons is b/c I was after a whole night party, after which I went coastdown testing at 4am, and haven't slept for 40h.
But what I'm getting at is that I had no problem entering a future date. There should be something that would warn me that I'm entering a fill-up before actually filling up, though 1 day ahead may still be acceptable (time zones). How about a warning that pops up when you try to input a date that hasn't happened yet?

Hmm, maybe I could enter really good fill ups for the next few months and then spend the next half year trying to live up to what I entered?
