Woops! I lied!
There isn't a bushing there in the door hinge - I was thinking about another car. For the Honda hinges, you punch/drill/cut/burn/etc out the old pin, drill the holes out while still aligned, and add a press-fit bolt with nut/cotter pin.
Either that, or just get a new set of hinges.
