interesting cool

I have been welding and welding and welding, sealing minimal, the welding goes quite far. I clearly remeber cars simply cooling down once moving. my old sube wagon was a roaster. Once I had to pull over and get away from the car...I had a vengeance. EGR was the terrorist, but I did find another source...underneath the car. even withe new metal, it needed to be treated as if in the sun...2 part urethane and basecpat and primer, like a regular body panel, and several spots in the back end. Upon opening the rear door, I felt the inside jam to see where the battles of thermal took place...half way down is a different world. halfway up is on freakin fire, like the body skin.

above is the rocker. It is a deceivingly large piece of steel, this car is doubled.

this is the back end, doubled, or 17guage where there was nothing. I have proven to myself something about the lightweight cars and steel...there is NO excuses. Whne I push to vent mode, and blower, it is not outside temps, or as hot as the hood..success.
