1 - Flat wiper blades - done. I like them. They lowered the arm 1/2", and eliminate the nasty frame. The rubber cowling is wavy from being wadded up in my shop. We'll see if it straightens out after a few days in the sun.
4 - Alternator disable - success. The engine ran fine on 11.5 volts. I'm going to test it on the road, to make sure it does well under load, then install the switch and ammeter. I located a good place to run wires through the firewall, too.
2 - Well, I got off track on this one. The plan was to remove the air dam, install the chin tray, then fasten it down with the air dam screws. But the air dam is riveted on. I figured If I"m going to remove the air dam, I may as well start the belly tray. Then I realized the belly tray will be in the way for the a/c removal. So I jsut removed the a/c instead. 26.5 lbs of junk and one rotating mass (the pully) removed from the car. While installing the new serpentine belt, I decided a shorter belt will still work with the tensioner, and omit the power-steering pump.
EDIT: 9 - WAI completed. Sheesh, I stared at that filter box all winter, thinking I had to remove it to cut the hole. It turned out I just used a hole saw from the *inside* instead of the outside. $7 for aluminum dryer-vent tubing.

I spent a lot of time under there thinking about the belly pan (and it wasn't even on my todo list). I think I've got the attachment worked out. And I built a cardboard mockup for front-tire air deflectors.

So I need to add to my todo list:
11. power steering delete
12. belly pan w/ tire deflectors
