Yes, but I hate this argument.
If Americans would not F***ing commute in a F150 this wouldn't be a problem. If people that towed in a F150 drove 55, and everyone else drove a Civic's there wouldn't' be a problem.
EDIT: Couldn't smart add a foot to the front and rear of the car and make it much safer, and more aerodynamic.
