but noone (that i know of) mandates more than e10, so youre looking at 3% reduction in btu, not 30%

i do seem to get slightly better mileage when i've ran straight gas vs. e10 (i've only ran like 5tanks of it) but, where i live, e10 is cheaper. i get better miles per dollar with it. i run e10 unless straight gas costs less than 3% more, which almost never happens here.
