Kind of what I was thinking. I always hid behind the excuse that my SVT Focus wasn't going to be a hypermiling car, as it was tuned too aggressively...but to get that kind of mileage out of an SE-R blows that excuse out of the water. Though, out of a "normal" Focus, I would have been getting well over 30mpg instead of the 28mpg I ended up getting.
