im 16 so you can understand that I love party music and my subwoofer also
A digital or hybrid audio amplifier is much, much more efficient than an analog audio amplifier since the transistors are ideally either fully on or off. In theory, analog is only up to about 60% efficient while digital or hybrid can potentially get 100% efficiency (with peak real world efficiencies in the 90s). The efficiency of analog drops very fast with decreasing average output power. Due to the very dynamic demands of music, real world efficiency of analog is 30% or less. In contrast, digital or hybrid retains excellent efficiency over a very wide range of output powers, meaning that real world efficiencies easily exceed 70% and often exceed 80%.

The idling loss of a hybrid is also much lower than analog or even digital. It has neither the wasteful idle bias of an analog nor the energy intensive logic of a digital.

You'll also be surprised just how little power you need to get good volume with proper design. I can turn my TI hybrid surprisingly loud and still keep the input power under one watt.
