You don't need CFD for that.

V1: Spoilers can be useful if the backlight angle is too steep for attached flow. They create a virtual shallower backlight. I don't think they are optimal.
V2: You could do that too, if the backlight angle would be too steep otherwise.
V3: As long as it's shallow enough all the way back to allow attached flow, that should be fine too.
