Great info! Actually that is what I meant. When I say rating, I mean like in addition to city and highway, adding more scenarios like suburban, rural, trip to grandma's house, etc... I would prefer something just like that chart, to show what you can get an idea what to expect depending on what speeds you plan to go. And the driver can take it from there.
